Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise vehicle repair and restoration to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, and ensure high-quality finishes with factory-standard paint.

The role requires reading repair orders, using shop tools, and collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs while upholding brand standards and safety.”

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Completion of tech school or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read repair orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, prepaint, and repaint vehicles with factory or equivalent paint.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspected for quality.
