Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is opening a new shop in Beaver Creek, Dayton area. We seek an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling with speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You’ll work with a team to complete jobs within labor time guidelines, using tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers. The compensation is a flat rate of $65,000–$125,000+ per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Weld, fit, and attach parts; repaint vehicles as required.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform duties within labor time guidelines and coordinate with teammates.
