Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Denver is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair and restoration to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with the WOW Operating Way and supporting speed, quality and customer excellence goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well with other repairers in a shop.

Responsibilities

Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
Replace or repair glass and interior parts as needed.
Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specifications.
