Gerber Collision & Glass in Blue Ash, OH is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise repairs and restoration to pre-accident condition. Work with a team to dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles using cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, and measuring techniques, ensuring safety and quality while meeting repair KPIs and brand standards.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, providing cost estimates, and performing body work from dents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Strong reading and interpretation of job orders and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents and body damage with appropriate tools and materials.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
