Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You’ll work with peers to meet KPIs while serving as a brand ambassador for the company. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a tech program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with factory-specified finishes.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
