Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of速度、质量和客户卓越.

You will work with cutting-edge tools, complete repairs within time guidelines, and contribute to the company’s 80+ year legacy of WOW service, safety standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates; use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass and windshields.
• Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
