Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Warren, OH is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with meticulous attention to detail. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace damaged sections, and ensure quality in alignment with the WOW plan and KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform repair work necessary to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalents.
• Prepare and review repair estimates; ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and adherence to KPIs.
