Gerber Collision & Glass in Westerville, OH seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver high‑quality repairs and exceptional customer experiences. You will dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, and apply finishes while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship. You will work in a fast-paced shop with emphasis on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of methods to repair vehicle bodies and use required tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles per standards and timelines.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect the final result.
