Job summary

You will assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling and reassembling components while coordinating with teammates to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plan necessary repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
