Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with a collaborative team to meet KPIs and uphold the Brand Ambassador role.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Benefits are comprehensive and generous.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer estimates with tools.
• Repair body damage and replace parts, including glass.
• Realign chassis, weld, repaint and inspect finished work.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and verify quality.
