Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will work with a team to disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align frames, replace parts, and ensure repairs meet KPIs while upholding the brand promise.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship, and hands-on experience with auto body tools.

Qualifications

• Requires basic reading of job orders and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires completion of technical program or apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Solid understanding of repair tools and safe handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW plan consistently to maintain quality and speed.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Remove dents and realign chassis; replace parts as needed.
• Repair glass, interiors, and repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure repair quality and safety.
