Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver expert vehicle repairs and an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition while aligning with the shop's speed, quality and customer-experience goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year auto body apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools used.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure workmanship meets KPIs and quality standards.
• Maintain safety and teamwork in a busy auto body shop.
