Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, restore them to pre-accident condition, and work with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise.

Responsibilities include dent repair, chassis realignment, glass work, welding, and painting. A high school diploma or equivalent and a technical training path are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair/replace glass and interior parts.
• Weld, fit, and repaint with factory-specified paint or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
