Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and speed. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while upholding our WOW standards and customer-experience promise.

You’ll work with a skilled team to plan repairs, estimate costs, and ensure quality, safety, and timeliness. A high school diploma or technical training is required, with experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames, replace parts, and refinish as needed.
• Inspect completed work and ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
