Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Wisconsin. You will provide meticulous assessment and quality repair to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, working closely with teammates to meet speed and quality targets.

The role involves disassembly, repair, reassembly, welding, painting, and ongoing quality checks. Prior training or apprenticeship in auto body repair is required; HS diploma or equivalent is required. On-site work with physical demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Weld, paint, and ensure work meets KPI and quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for proper workmanship.
