Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while coordinating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the WOW brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair body sections using tools and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety.
