The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experiences. You will assess, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

You will plan repairs, estimate costs, and work with tools like cutters, jacks, and fillers. Excellent supervision-free work ability and safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of body repair methods and proper tool use.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect to ensure quality and KPI targets are met.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and verify repair accuracy.
