The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence across the repair process.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using appropriate tools, realigning frames, replacing parts, welding and repainting to spec, and ensuring work orders meet time guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts; repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
