Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Georgia is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign frames, and replace glass and interior parts, while ensuring quality and speed.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll uphold our commitment to WOW service and KPI-driven performance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using various tools.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles ensuring quality and speed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts; repair glass, interior parts; weld and repaint as needed.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect repaired vehicles.
