Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, ensuring they meet pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble using a range of tools while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts or glass.
• Weld, paint, and reassemble components as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
