Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint, while delivering speed, quality and customer excellence. You’ll work closely with teammates to meet KPIs and embody the Brand Ambassador role.

The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship in auto body repair; strong tool skills and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.
Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
Thorough understanding of tools and repair methods.

Responsibilities

Plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, and use tools to fix vehicles.
Realign chassis, remove damaged sections, and fit parts.
Weld, paint, and ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
Inspect vehicles after repair for quality and accuracy.
