Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. You will assess damage, plan repairs, and ensure vehicles return to pre-accident condition with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires aHigh school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or apprenticeship. Candidates must handle tools in a noisy shop environment and work with teammates to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged sections with new/aftermarket parts and refinish surfaces.
