Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while aligning with WOW standards and the company’s commitment to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, use cutting tools to fix dents, realign frames, replace parts, and repaint to factory specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Follow WOW plan to ensure consistent performance.
• Plan and prepare repair work and estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, misalignments and damage, replace parts and refinish surfaces.
• Realign chassis and frames; remove and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Inspect completed work to meet quality standards and timelines.
