Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace damaged sections and glass, and ensure work meets KPI standards while upholding the brand promise of speed and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while ensuring quality and speed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interiors as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint to factory specs.
