Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of repair tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle repairs per WOW plan.
• Prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and reassemble vehicles.
• Weld, paint, and align chassis; ensure quality.
• Inspect vehicles to verify workmanship.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Adhere to safety in a noisy environment.
