Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre‑accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training; wage is flat rate with a broad earning potential, and benefits include PTO, holidays, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, realign chassis/frames.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repaint vehicles.
