Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits, and opportunities to grow within The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and windshields.
• Repair interior components as required.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality assurance.
