Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician who will assess vehicles, repair with precision, and restore them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while supporting speed, quality, and customer excellence across the team.

You will work to meet KPIs with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group in all interactions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use tools to repair vehicle sections and realign chassis.
• Replace damaged sections with parts and repair glass.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
