Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The role involves disassembly, repair, reassembly, and alignment of vehicle bodies, with emphasis on speed, quality, and customer excellence. Must perform welding, painting, and component replacements per standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass/windshields.
• Weld and fit parts, and repaint to factory specs or approved equivalents.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
