You'll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring alignment with KPIs and acting as a brand ambassador. Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or apprenticeship and strong tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical schooling or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with common auto body shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle repair work, including estimating costs.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles per standards.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections.
• Weld, patch and repaint repaired areas to factory standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure KPI compliance.
