Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles back to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign chassis, replace damaged parts and glass, and apply factory‑specified paint while meeting time and quality KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using various tools.
• Repair dents and apply filler to fix minor body damage.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
