Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, and ensure quality, speed, and safety in alignment with KPIs.

You’ll work with a team to uphold brand promises and customer excellence. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Weld, replace parts, and refinish according to standards.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and quality checks.
• Maintain safety and quality in a noisy shop environment.
