Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair and quality workmanship. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, maintaining alignment with company standards and KPI targets.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, and collaborating with team members to deliver fast, high-quality results while adhering to safety guidelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle bodies.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and refit parts to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
