Qualifications

• 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and craft a 100% repair plan.
• Identify all needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order for all listed operations.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged areas.
• Mend damaged body parts, weld/replace components and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools, including welding equipment, torches, sanders and spray guns.
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces before handing the vehicle to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
