Classic Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. You will disassemble, assess damage, plan procedures, repair dents, weld and reassemble after painting. You’ll operate hand and power tools, ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards, and test drive repaired vehicles. Teamwork and reliability are essential; background check required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and create a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders for all listed operations.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, and components to access damaged areas; store parts securely.
• Mend damaged body parts, weld or replace as needed and reassemble after painting.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (welder, soldering, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before handing off to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Comply with all Classic Collision SOPs, safety rules, and guidelines.
