Classic Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician in Texas to perform disassembly, body repair, welding, and finishing. You will work with estimators to create a 100% repair plan, ensure parts fit, and minimize rework while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicle to assist estimators with repair plan
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and time
• Plan work procedures per work order
• Access damaged area; move parts; store components
• Repair body, weld, align gaps to standards
• Operate hand and power tools
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before paint
• Repair or replace defective parts
• Inspect and test drive for safety and quality
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow SOPs and safety rules
