Classic Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join a growing team in San Diego. The role focuses on performing complete disassembly and repair planning, welding and panel work, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

You will work with a collaborative crew to follow precise work orders and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of collision repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following the work order for all operations.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged area.
• Weld, hammer out dents, and fit replacement parts, ensuring gaps and fits meet industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, torches, sanders, etc.).
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with SOPs.
• A-level Technician aiming for ~80 flag hours per week.
