Classic Collision Inc. in San Marcos, TX is hiring an experienced collision repair technician to contribute to a safety-focused repair team. You will disassemble, assess damage, repair panels, and restore vehicles to industry standards while following work orders and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicles to assist estimators in preparing Repair Plans.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following work orders.
• Remove upholstery/accessories to access damaged areas when needed.
• Repair body panels by hammering, filling, welding; ensure gaps meet standards.
• Operate hand and power tools; remove damaged parts and reassemble after painting.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; perform related duties as assigned.
