Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to professionally assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, maintaining pace with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

You will work with a team to ensure speed, quality and customer excellence, following the WOW plan and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to read job orders are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair body panels and components with appropriate tools and methods.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
