Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and realign vehicles while supporting a fast, high-quality repair process and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role emphasizes adherence to WOW standards, attention to safety, and teamwork to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer required.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass/skins as needed.
• Weld and paint vehicles to factory standards.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect post-repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
