Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision, using a range of tools and materials, while coordinating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical training or an apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience using auto body repair tools and methods.

Aufgaben

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents with filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles as required.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect final results.
• Collaborate with team to achieve KPIs and customer excellence.
