Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with the team to meet KPIs, acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using tools like cutters and jigs, and ensuring work orders stay within labor guidelines while inspecting completed work for quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles to factory standards.
• Realigns chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replaces damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repairs glass and interior parts.
• Welds and fits parts; prepares and repaints with factory-specified paint.
