Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair, restoration to pre-accident condition, and teamwork with colleagues to meet KPIs. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with limited supervision.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass, interior parts as needed.
