Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair from start to finish. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and technical training or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents and body damage; apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass, interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; apply factory-specified paint or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
