Gerber Collision & Glass in Doraville, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair and aligning with our WOW operating standards. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and repaint vehicles while collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare estimates using tools to repair vehicles.
• Hammers out dents and applies fillers as needed.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace parts as required.
• Weld, repaint and ensure work meets KPIs and quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair and ensure correct execution.
