Gerber Collision & Glass in Decatur, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver excellent customer service through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, and restore vehicle bodies.
• Realign chassis/frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to spec.
• Ensure work orders meet labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
