You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning parts with precision while upholding our speed, quality, and customer excellence promises.

This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to KPIs in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and repair vehicles, preparing cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicle components with proper tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to correct structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, interiors, and related parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and apply paint per factory specs or agreed standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and ensure quality inspection.
