Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Oklahoma City region is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding the company’s standards for speed, quality and customer excellence.

You will work with a team to meet repair KPIs and represent the Brand in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents with fillers when necessary and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, prep and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
