Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts, and ensure quality while meeting KPIs and timelines.

You will work closely with teammates to uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence, applying skilled use of cutting tools, welds, and paint to restore vehicles to pre-accident conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work per WOW plan and cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts; repair glass and interiors.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
