Job summary

Caliber Collision Daphne Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles after collisions and restore them to road-ready condition.

You will perform frame and structural repairs, panel work, and quality reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge: pull, straighten and square.
• No shortcuts: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tight bolts, quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude, collaborate with painters and estimators.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
